Human antibody screening refers to the process of selecting multiple monophage antibodies that specifically bind to the target antigen from a human antibody library. The selection is made based on the binding affinity between the antigen and the phage antibody. The human antibody library used in biopanning is Ymax®-ABL, which has been developed by Y-Biologics using its own technology and boasts vast diversity comparable to world-class antibody libraries.

The monophage antibody analysis and individual clone selection process, which is a time-consuming and labor-intensive part of the screening process, are carried out using the one and only cutting-edge high-capacity automated system in Korea to derive monoclonal antibodies within just 3 months.
